May I place an order by phone?ONLINE SHOPPING
How to Shop OnlineFirst, find the jeans you would like to buy and choose the size and color you would like them in. After, you have selected your jeans, click "Add to Cart".
If you would like to continue shopping, click "Continue Shopping" and you will jump back to the last page you were shopping from. To view another style, simply use the menu located at the top of the page.
If you are finished shopping, click "Proceed to Checkout". Next you will be prompted to select one of the following options: Login if you are already a member, Register, or Checkout as a guest.
During either one of these processes, you will have the ability to modify your current order or add something new.
Once you have completed the check out process you will be notified via email that we have received your order. Orders will ship within 2 business days of your purchase, pending availability and credit card verification. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. Upon shipment, you will be notified of your tracking number via email.

Sucker Jeans does their best to keep product availability current on our online store. Unfortunately, at times we sell out of jeans. If you placed an order for an item that is currently out of stock, we will notify you via email.

SHIPPING
General Shipping InformationOrders placed before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within two business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within two business days. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. If the merchandise you purchased is out of stock, we will notify you via email. We use FEDEX for delivery, and are therefore unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as PO Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

Tracking your Package

REGISTERING
General Registration InformationRegistration is not required to place an order with Sucker Jeans. However, in order to save and access your information, including your address book and order history, you must sign in using your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password" and an email will be sent to you containing your login information. Please note that your credit card information will not be stored in your account.

When you register, you are creating a Sucker account that only you can see and it will make it easier for you to come back and shop again. You can access your account at anytime by using your email address and the account password you created. You do not have to register for a Sucker Jeans account. You may checkout using the "Checkout as Guest" option. Please remember that if you choose to use this method, your commonly used addresses and order history will not be saved.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Return PolicyBecause Sucker cares about customer satisfaction, exchanges and returns are accepted back for a refund on merchandise within 30 days of your order receipt. Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted with our discretion for a store credit. All merchandise eligible for exchange or return must be in its original, unused condition. We accept exchanges and returns on all full priced merchandise that has not been worn, altered, or washed and with all tags attached.

How do I return my jeans?
Sucker tries to make the return process as simple as possible. Returns from customers in the U.S. are complimentary. Included with each shipment is a pre-paid FEDEX return label. Just securely pack up your return and send it back to us using the FEDEX shipping label.

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once we receive your package, we will send an email confirmation to the address used at the time of the original transaction. Your credit card will be refunded within five business days. Please note that your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
